Deena White Tearney
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Deena White Tearney is the Founder and CEO of Pacific Point and is responsible for the company’s operations and growth. She has a technical background and a long history of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software development and consulting, both as a consultant with “Big Five” consulting firms, Capgemini Ernst & Young and IBM Global Services and in industry, prior to founding Pacific Point. Pacific Point is the only certified Salesforce Consulting Partner based in Hawaii and has a diverse set of clients from Enterprise, Small / Medium Enterprises, Not-for-Profit organizations, and Public Sector / Government departments. Deena has received prestigious recognition for her leadership including PBN Forty Under 40 and PBN Women in Business Women to Watch. Pacific Point has received numerous recognitions including PBN Business Leadership Awards finalist for Best Small Business and Hawaii’s Fastest 50. As CEO of Pacific Point, Deena brings her depth of CRM experience in a wide range of industries to Pacific Point’s clients.
Deena has a passion for encouraging youth to pursue careers in business, leadership, and technology. She has a long-standing history of support for various youth programs in Hawaii focused on topics such as STEM, Women in Business and Leadership, and Women in Technology. She was the keynote speaker for the 2017 Girls Summit and is the keynote speaker for the 2020 Science Symposium for Girls. She and her team have volunteered 3 years in a row at the STEM Works Hawaii annual conference as professional mentors. Deena is also a committee member on Technology Readiness User Evaluation (TRUE) committee. The goal of TRUE is pursue job creation and increase wage earning capacity in Hawaii through a public and private collaborative effort.
Senior Director, Consulting Services
Reno is responsible for overseeing successful delivery at Pacific Point and ensuring the projects follow the defined Pacific Point methodology. He is a seasoned consultant with implementation experience across a range of clients and projects during his time at IBM Global Business Services. As a certified PMP, Reno has directed the Project Management Office (PMO) for large enterprises in Honolulu with a complex portfolio of diverse projects and teams. Reno is a graduate of University of Hawaii and holds a BBA in Information Management Systems.
Director, Sales and Marketing
Sebastian is responsible for Sales and Marketing at Pacific Point. With his background in Marketing and several years of Salesforce consulting across a range of clients and Salesforce products, he brings the perspective needed to strengthen the Pacific Point brand. Sebastian is a certified Salesforce Administrator and keeps his Salesforce consulting skills current as he leads some of our largest clients through their Salesforce Journey. He has several years of Salesforce consulting under his belt in a wide range of industries, with specific expertise on the Salesforce Health Cloud. Sebastian holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Hawaii.
Director, Salesforce Solution Architecture
Miros provides Salesforce Solution Architecture guidance across all Pacific Point projects, ensuring best practices and scaleable design. Miros is a highly experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consultant, starting her career as a Siebel consultant at Deloitte. She has over 15 years experience implementing many global CRM transformation projects during her time as a consultant at Deloitte and was one of the early consultants of Salesforce’s professional services team. Miros is a Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Sales Consultant, Certified Service Consultant, Certified App Builder, Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist. She has been consulting on Salesforce projects since 2007 and has truly seen the evolution of innovation of the Salesforce platform. Miros holds a Computer Systems Engineering degree from the Universidad Panamericana.
Director, Project Management and Analysis
In addition to rolling up his sleeves as an experienced leader on projects, Jeff is responsible for the continuous improvement of the tools and processes for Pacific Point functional consultants. Jeff is a highly experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consultant, with over 15 years experience implementing many global CRM transformation projects during his time as a consultant at Accenture and IBM Global Business Services on Siebel and eventually transitioning to Salesforce. He has a wide range of CRM project implementation experience in a variety of roles, including functional and technical, across a range of industries. He has specialized industry experience in the art of complex product configuration. Jeff holds a BS, Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
