Deena White Tearney

Deena White Tearney

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Deena is the Founder and CEO of Pacific Point and is responsible for the company’s operations and growth.  She sets the strategy and direction for Pacific Point and jumps in on client engagements in order to maintain a solid pulse on the market through direct relationships with clients.

Deena has extensive experience leading and implementing large complex strategy and business transformation projects, both as a consultant with “Big Five” firms, Capgemini Ernst & Young and IBM Global Services, and in industry.  She has background implementing global CRM projects across a wide range of industries including telecommunications, search marketing, and technology manufacturing. Deena received prestigious recognition as Pacific Business News Forty Under 40, class of 2015, Pacific Business News Women Who Mean Business 2016 Women to Watch, and is an Associate Member of the US Japan Council.

Miroslava "Miros" Viveros

Manager, Salesforce Program and Solution Architecture

Miros is responsible for leading Salesforce Solution Architecture which encompasses architecting Salesforce solutions and ensuring Salesforce configuration and development best practices are followed with each engagement. This not only includes architecting Salesforce itself, but also 3rd party Apps on the platform and how Salesforce will fit within the Enterprise.

Miros has a broad and diverse consulting background specializing in large global CRM project implementations including with “Big Five” consulting firm, Deloitte.  She has over 10 years of Salesforce consulting experience both with Salesforce directly and with Salesforce consulting partners.  Miros holds several Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant,  Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Force.com Developer, and Salesforce App Builder.


Bon Shih

Manager, Technology Consulting Services

Bon is responsible for leading development best practices for Pacific Point and ensuring compliance and technical quality on projects.  Additionally, he owns the practices around environment management, integration, data migration, and release management and ensures that these practices are followed on Pacific Point engagements. Bon leads the analysis and implementation of highly technical issues on all projects.

Bon is a seasoned consultant with 14 years experience on large enterprise clients application implementations while working at Capgemini Ernst & Young across a wide range of industries including Entertainment, Manufacturing, and Retail.  He is a leader in software engineering back-end programming and data architecture in a variety of technologies.  He is a highly experienced leader of local and offshore teams through hands-on engagement.


Sebastian Trujillo

Manager, Strategic Growth

Sebastian is responsible for leading Pacific Point emerging growth initiatives in new markets and with new partner technologies.  This encompasses evaluating opportunities for new growth from inception to execution including evaluation, marketing, sales, and consulting. Sebastian also leads Salesforce engagements in a variety of roles to keep his Salesforce skills sharp.

Sebastian brings a marketing and sales background to Pacific Point and has a passion for seeing clients succeed.  Sebastian is a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
