Deena White Tearney

Deena White Tearney

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Deena is the Founder and CEO of Pacific Point and is responsible for the company’s operations and growth.  Deena’s has a technical background and a long history of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software development and consulting, starting with Siebel and transitioning to Salesforce.  She has implemented enterprise CRM transformation projects in a variety of project roles, both as a consultant with “Big Five” consulting firms, Capgemini Ernst & Young and IBM Global Services, and in industry.  As CEO of Pacific Point, Deena brings her depth of CRM experience in a wide range of industries to Pacific Point’s clients. Deena has received prestigious recognition as Pacific Business News Forty Under 40 and Women Who Mean Business, Women to Watch.

Reno Abihai

Senior Director, Consulting Services

Reno is responsible for overseeing successful delivery at Pacific Point and ensuring the projects follow the defined Pacific Point methodology.  He is a seasoned consultant with implementation experience across a range of clients and projects during his time at IBM Global Business Services.  As a certified PMP, Reno has directed the Project Management Office (PMO) for large enterprises in Honolulu with a complex portfolio of diverse projects and teams. Reno is a graduate of University of Hawaii and holds a BBA in Information Management Systems.

Sebastian Trujillo

Director, Sales and Marketing

Sebastian is responsible Sales and Marketing at Pacific Point.  With his background in Marketing and several years of Salesforce consulting across a range of clients and Salesforce products, he brings the perspective needed to strengthen the Pacific Point brand.  Sebastian is a certified Salesforce Administrator and keeps his Salesforce consulting skills current as he leads some of our largest clients through their Salesforce Journey.  He has several years of Salesforce consulting under his belt in a wide range of industries, with specific expertise on the Salesforce Health Cloud.  Sebastian holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Hawaii.

Miros Viveros

Director, Salesforce Solution Architecture

Miros provides Salesforce Solution Architecture guidance across all Pacific Point projects, ensuring best practices and scaleable design.  Miros is a highly experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consultant, starting her career as a Siebel consultant at Deloitte.  She has over 15 years experience implementing many global CRM transformation projects during her time as a consultant at Deloitte and was one of the early consultants of Salesforce’s professional services team.  Miros is a Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Sales Consultant, Certified Service Consultant, Certified App Builder, Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist. She has been consulting on Salesforce projects since 2007 and has truly seen the evolution of innovation of the Salesforce platform.  Miros holds a Computer Systems Engineering degree from the Universidad Panamericana.

Jeff Sterner

Director, Project Management and Analysis

In addition to rolling up his sleeves as an experienced leader on projects, Jeff is responsible for the continuous improvement of the tools and processes for Pacific Point functional consultants. Jeff is a highly experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consultant, with over 15 years experience implementing many global CRM transformation projects during his time as a consultant at Accenture and IBM Global Business Services on both Siebel and eventually transitioning to Salesforce.  He has a wide range of CRM project implementation experience in a variety of roles, including functional and technical, across a range of industries.  He has specialized industry experience in the art of complex product configuration. Jeff holds a BS, Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.

David Kim

Director, Testing and Training

David provides consulting services on some of our largest clients and also is responsible for continuous improvement of the tools and processes for Pacific Point testing and training analysts. Our clients benefit across all projects for the inputs he provides in this capacity.  David is a is a highly experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consultant, with over 15 years experience implementing many global CRM transformation projects during his time as a consultant at PwC and IBM Global Business Services.  He has a wide range of CRM project implementation experience in a variety of roles, including functional and technical, in a range of industries.  David made the transition from Siebel to Salesforce while at Pacific Point. David holds a BS, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
