Pacific Point has implemented Salesforce in the Not for Profit Sector for a variety of non-profits helping them raise funds for their cause and increase operational efficiency.  We have experience implementing the Salesforce.org Nonprofit Cloud (Nonprofit Success Pack) and the Education Cloud (Education Data Architecture).

Success Stories

Client Overview: Kupu, which means “to sprout” or “to grow”in Hawaiian, has a two-fold mission: to preserve the land while empowering youth. The organization provides hands-on training in conservation, sustainability, and environmental education for young adults, with the goal of fostering our next generation of environmental and cultural stewards.

Project Overview: Pacific Point designed and built a robust solution to meet Kupu’s operational requirements for each of their programs including Recruiting and interviewing participants, Onboarding participants, and Internship Management for both partners and participants.  We also implemented Salesforce Communities for program participants and partners to submit weekly reports to Kupu program managers.  Pacific Point further implemented the Non-Profit Success Pack to support Kupu’s fundraising efforts.  To implement this solution for Kupu, Pacific Point built the solution on the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud, and implemented the Salesforce.org Non-Profit Success Pack.  Pacific Point also installed and configured several Salesforce AppExchange products to complete the solution including FormAssembly and Classy. The solution reduced duplicate data entry, supported grant reporting requirements, increased visibility to program outcomes and impact, and increased overall efficiency of program operations.

Client Overview: St. Francis Healthcare System is Hawaii’s only Catholic healthcare system specializing in pre-and post-acute care.

Project Overview: Pacific Point delivered a solution to enable several programs at St. Francis Healthcare to improve operations and reporting including Palliative, Active Aging, and Personal Care Services.  The implementation includes all levels of Program staff including Chief Medical Officer, Program Managers, Social Workers, Personal Care Assistants, and Call Center staff.  The solution is built on Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service Lightning. St. Francis is able to better manage program operations and through increased collaboration across programs, improve client care.
