Client Overview: The mission at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs is to uphold fairness and public confidence in the marketplace, promote sound consumer practices, and increase knowledge, opportunity, and justice in the community.
Project Overview: Pacific Point designed and built a department-wide internal payment and reporting application to enable collection reporting and meet State fund collection and regulator reporting requirements. Additionally, the system was built to enable payment integrations with other applications. Pacific Point also implemented a full operational solution for the Business Registration division for Securities registrations / filings and Enforcement. T Pacific Point built the solution on the Salesforce App Cloud and Salesforce Community Cloud Pacific Point also installed and configured several Salesforce AppExchange solutions including CongaComposer and CongaSign.

Client Overview: The Hawaii Department of Agriculture’s (HDOA) employees statewide work to support, enhance, promote, and protect Hawaii’s agriculture and aquaculture industries. We work to create and maximize opportunities for exporting; and facilitate growth of existing and new agricultural commodities and by-products. In addition, the department works to prevent the introduction and establishment of plants, animals and diseases that are detrimental to the state’s agriculture industry and the environment.
Project Overview: Pacific Point designed and built a Plant Quarantine application to support the manage inspections and permitting. Importers and shippers are able to submit commodities electronically to the HDOA and based on risk, HDOA are able to manage inspections. Permit applications may be submitted online and processed through the Salesforce solution. Pacific Point built the solution on the Salesforce App Cloud and Salesforce Community Cloud Pacific Point also installed and configured several Salesforce AppExchange solutions including Pulsar to support off-line mobile inspections.
